ORDER DELIVERY

*Orders placed on www.magianatural.com.co will only be delivered to the address you provided in the shipping details within Colombian territory. These deliveries will only be made on business days. All orders will be accompanied by their legal purchase invoice.

*If you provide incorrect shipping information, you will be responsible for the costs of the new delivery.

*Delivery of products purchased on our website www.magianatural.com.co or other digital channels will take up to 7 business days for delivery to main cities; there are re-expedited shipments that could take up to 10 business days; please note that if your shipment has any issues, these will not apply to business days (business days do not include Sundays or holidays); in case of public order disturbances or causes beyond the control of GRUPO MAGIA NATURAL S.A.S, the estimated delivery time may be affected and the cost of the product and freight will not be refunded.

*The product may be received by any adult at the delivery location, who must sign the transportation company's document and then verify that the product is in perfect condition.

*If the product is not inspected at the time of delivery, the customer will have 24 hours after receiving it to notify any non-conformity with their product; after this time, no claims will be accepted.

*If no one is available to receive the dispatched product, the order will be returned to the dispatch location. If the customer wishes to have their order reshipped, it is their obligation to contact our customer service lines to schedule the reshipment of their products, which will generate a cost that the customer must bear.

*If at the time of delivery the customer does not receive the product due to reasons beyond the control of GRUPO MAGIA NATURAL S.A.S, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
