Our company Grupo Magia Natural SAS was founded on July 22, 2020, thanks to the strong reception of the Magia Natural brand in the natural hair product market in Colombia.
After its owner and CEO, Vanesa Velásquez Puerta, launched the Magia Natural brand of natural hair products on January 20, 2018, in Medellín, due to the scarce availability of products in this line. The existing ones were too focused on chemical cosmetics, and none were committed to developing products based on natural extracts.
The company offers various products that provide hair care for the entire family. Our portfolio includes different hair and facial care products, manufactured with the highest quality standards in the laboratory and backed by our own INVIMA registration, making our formulas unique and exclusively designed for Magia Natural, with highly qualified personnel. Our products are salt and paraben-free and are not tested on animals (Cruelty-Free).
The owner of the brand, Vanessa Velásquez Puerta, is a publicist by profession and has been a very entrepreneurial woman throughout her life. In mid-2009, she created her line of wallets, handbags, and accessories made primarily from recycled Tetrapak. This venture earned her several awards such as Antójate de Antioquia, Capital Semilla from the municipality of Medellín, and Don Pepe Emprendedor from the municipality of Bello, in addition to reports and interviews in media outlets such as the Q’hubo newspaper, La W radio station, Canal RCN, and Tele Antioquia channel, participating in nationally recognized fairs such as Expoartesanías in Corferias, Bogotá.
Grupo Magia Natural S.A.S. generates 20 direct jobs and over 100 indirect jobs among suppliers and single mothers who earn income from home by selling our products while also taking care of their hair, their children's, family's, and friends' hair with our products. This fulfills a social mission that makes us very happy to contribute a small part so that many children can spend more time with their mothers, as this income sustains their households and prevents them from having to take on jobs that demand a large part of their day.
